Kyphosis Treatment
Kyphosis is a condition of the spine characterized by an excessive and abnormal curvature of the upper part of the spine. This curvature can often be caused by posture disorder, osteoporosis, spinal disc degeneration, or congenital abnormalities. Kyphosis can lead to excessive hunching of the back and, in some cases, pain, shortness of breath and other health problems.
Treatment of kyphosis varies depending on the underlying cause and the severity of the symptoms. Mild cases can usually be treated with physiotherapy, posture-correcting exercises, and pain management when necessary. Severe symptoms may require surgical intervention.
