Varicocele occurs with abnormal dilation of the veins, especially in the left testicle. Among the symptoms of varicocele, pain, especially in the area where the veins dilate, with a decrease in testicular size due to heat in progressive enlarged varicoceles, hormone deceleration and sexual erection, which we call erectile dysfunction, may occur. The most common effect is a decrease in sperm quality due to the release of toxic substances due to this increase in temperature and dilation of the blood vessels. This condition causes infertility.
